Scott graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Business Management. As a long-term Group VP of Sales at Sargento Foods, Scott was responsible for consumer retail sales and also pioneered their alternate channel business. Scott is also the former President of the International Dairy, Deli, Bakery Association and President of Grocery Manufacturers and Representatives. As an expert at managing product, channel and customer mix Scott’s focus is providing innovative ways to drive sales and bottom line results.In his spare time Scott enjoys cooking, traveling, golf and is actively involved in his church.

 

JON ROST

Jon graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in Journalism and English. As President of Jacobson-Rost, a 60 million dollar advertising agency, Jon helped dozens of now well-known brands achieve category leadership. As an expert in creative communication, Jon’s focus is cutting through the clutter with breakthrough, clear and benefit-focused messaging. In his spare time Jon enjoys time on Crystal Lake and is President of HeartStone of Wisconsin – a non-profit advocacy group for people with developmental disabilities.

 

RICHARD ARENT

Dick graduated from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in communications and group behavior.  As long-term Director of Marketing Communications at Kimberly-Clark, Dick helped identify, position and introduce multiple well-known category leading brands. As an expert at brand development Dick’s focus is identifying unique, relevant and defendable ways to position brands. In his spare time Dick likes cottage living and is actively involved in the Therapy Dog Program.
