With over 35 years of experience, Jim has built profitability through tactical management, within a variety of business sectors from manufacturing of consumer products in the brewing and dairy industries, to companies within the service sector, namely CPA, health care, logistics and warehousing.
As a member of the senior management team of Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. for 19 years, Jim directed strategic growth and profitability of this family owned private label food packaging company. His executive management, accounting and finance experience provided the template to leverage the financial and human resources of the company. As President and CEO for 6 years, business growth resulted in doubling the production capacity, improving competitive ability through mechanization of production and the application of supply chain techniques, and through IT and financial applications and other synergies, uniquely positioned the profitability of this company.
Experienced in creating and developing corporate support functions through out the organization including strategic and financial planning with a focus on revenue and cost drivers, banking relationships and financing of operating and capital requirements, IT systems, development and installation, human resources, and crisis management.
